Role Description The Director, Business Product Management (GTM) is a strategic leadership role that will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of AI-enabled Customer Experience (CX) and Go-To-Market (GTM) offerings. This role is responsible for translating market demand, client needs, and emerging AI capabilities into differentiated, scalable solutions that drive revenue growth, client outcomes, and competitive advantage.
