Associate Partner Development Manager
GoTo
• Assist Partner Managers in identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with GoTo’s ideal partner profile, helping expand our reach in untapped regions and segments. • Support partner readiness by delivering tailored onboarding and enablement initiatives in collaboration with sales, marketing, and distribution teams. • Support revenue growth by helping to generate and track partner-attributed pipeline and opportunities. • Collaborate with the partner team to maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins, training, and joint planning sessions. • Deliver regular reports with clear KPIs and insights to continuously optimize partner recruitment and development strategies.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in partner/channel management, B2B sales, or ecosystem development.
- Exposure to managing strategic relationships with partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working towards defined KPIs and reporting on business outcomes (e.g., pipeline influenced, number of activated partners, engagement metrics).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, a collaborative mindset, adaptability, and openness to taking on a variety of tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting (e.g., Salesforce).
