Center for Action and Contemplation
• Lead CAC's digital platform strategy across Web, CRM, and IT Operations. • Establish platform governance, priorities, and long-term technology direction. • Partner with leadership to align investments, resources, and roadmaps with organizational goals. • Serve as the strategic owner of CAC's web ecosystem and digital experience. • Define web platform architecture, integrations, accessibility standards, and roadmap priorities. • Provide strategic oversight for Salesforce and IT Operations. • Lead and develop technology managers and their teams.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading digital platforms, web technologies, product functions, or enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated success owning web platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap development.
- Strong product management experience, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing people leaders.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across complex organizations.
- Strong communication, planning, and budget management skills.
- Experience working with external vendors, contractors, and technology partners.

Role Description As Director, National Contract Governance on the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Team, you will be responsible for the overarching strategy, design, and execution of contract governance processes across Ascension.
