Account Executive – Marketplace

People Talent

• Conduct consultative negotiations with mid-market and large enterprise clients; • Identify opportunities for cost optimization related to software and tax charges; • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing; • Deliver executive-level presentations to strategic decision-makers; • Build relationships with finance, controllership, and technology teams; • Prepare commercial proposals and lead complex negotiations; • Use CRM to manage pipeline and forecasts; • Identify cross-sell opportunities across Nexforce solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in B2B consultative sales for technology or SaaS;
  • Experience with Enterprise sales;
  • Experience with complex sales cycles (45 to 60 days or longer);
  • Track record of high-ticket sales;
  • Knowledge of financial, fiscal, or tax processes;
  • Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Resilient, consultative profile with strong negotiation skills;
  • Residency in São Paulo.
