Salesforce
• Work in lockstep with the lead Account Managers in Cape Town to develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction. • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the accounts, aligned with customer business objectives. • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc. • Evangelise the benefits of the Salesforce Customer 360 proposition. • Drive growth across our customers and prospects in Retail and Financial Services verticals. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex deal cycles. • Provide a level of deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce Customer 360, and how it fits within the customer landscape. • Build and execute a whitespace penetration plans.
Job Requirements
- Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses
- Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating a deep understanding of technology solutions
- Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom)
- Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
- Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success

• Drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the regional territory. • Pursue new business and develop new methods for attaining business. • Implement strategic business plans to attain a 10% annual increase of market share. • Direct the clinical demonstration process for qualified target accounts. • Nurture current customer accounts through routine call patterns and product demonstrations. • Develop relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and hospital administration. • Provide weekly and monthly reports to direct supervisor as directed.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance. • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
