Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social, campaign, or performance-focused creative work.
- Hands-on experience using AI image generation and creative tools as part of a professional workflow.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies.
- Ability to discuss creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Experience partnering with growth marketers, performance teams, or digital marketing functions.
- Strong visual craft across typography, layout, composition, color, and image direction.
- High proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
