Role Description Spectroscopy Product owner coupler with Manufacturing test development. - Collaborate with the product design team to determine product testing parameters. - Design, refresh or sustain tester software to meet product or sub module test parameter requirement. - Self-initiative to enhance manufacturing test flow coupled with some test automation knowledge. - Partner or collaborate with cross-functional teams in terms of cost objectives, component technology obsolescence, and customer requirements. - May work with suppliers to ensure achievement of goals for cost, quality, and delivery of parts and materials. - May participate in new product introduction, including influencing the design of the product to ensure manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain, product test methodology, and tester development. - Enabling prototyping while in the R&D lab, testing the reliability of prototypes, and managing the transition into production. - Supports and implements the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production and through the entire life cycle of the product. - Partners with procurement and technical services to improve/sustain products and processes. - May direct the work of third-party vendors and/or partners to meet contract specified deliverables, performance, or business objectives. Qualifications - Typically, 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or EE engineering. - Previous work experience as a test engineer. - Familiarity with testing tools including C#, Python, TestStand, and LabVIEW. - Knowledge of diagramming software including Microsoft Visio, Open source diagram. - Certain degree of electronic circuit understanding or test circuit design. - Knowledge of engineering and testing procedures. - Good problem-solving skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box. - Medium or High-level technical writing skills. • Design, develop, and implement test plans, manual test scripts for ACD, IVR, and IVA call flows • Validate routing logic, queue behaviors, agent workflows, and transfer scenarios • Test speech recognition, NLP-driven interactions, and conversational AI flows • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing across multiple platforms (telephony, CRM, backend services) • Analyze logs, call traces, and telephony events to identify defects and root causes • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operational teams to refine requirements and support defect resolutions • Support UAT cycles and production validation during releases • Document test results, defects, and testing evidence clearly and accurately • Recommend improvements to call flows, user experience, and overall system performance

• Serve as the quality gate for Commerce feature releases • Write and execute test plans, run structured regression passes • Build E2E test suite for customer journeys • Define right mix of automated and manual coverage • Define coverage matrices and quality gates

• Ensure the quality, reliability, accessibility, and performance of Salesforce applications through comprehensive test planning, automation, execution, defect management, and reporting. • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Provar Test Automation and Selenium. • Develop and maintain Master Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Traceability Matrices, and Test Execution Reports. • Create and maintain automated testing frameworks supporting functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and accessibility testing. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and validate expected system behavior. • Execute manual and automated testing activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
