• Ensure the quality, reliability, accessibility, and performance of Salesforce applications through comprehensive test planning, automation, execution, defect management, and reporting. • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Provar Test Automation and Selenium. • Develop and maintain Master Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Traceability Matrices, and Test Execution Reports. • Create and maintain automated testing frameworks supporting functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and accessibility testing. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and validate expected system behavior. • Execute manual and automated testing activities throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks • Create scalable automation solutions to maximize testing coverage while minimizing manual effort • Develop and execute software test plans, test cases, and regression test suites • Debug software products through systematic testing and root cause analysis • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues • Review technical specifications and design documentation to ensure testability and quality coverage • Track, document, and manage software defects throughout the software development lifecycle • Apply and maintain quality assurance standards, testing methodologies, and best practices • Conduct regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing as needed • Support CI/CD processes through automated testing integration and continuous quality monitoring • Monitor quality assurance metrics and testing outcomes to identify areas for improvement • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and QA team members in Agile/Scrum environments • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes, tools, and frameworks

• Serve as the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) authority for software products and releases. • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks supporting web, API, and microservices-based applications. • Manage and execute automated test suites environments. • Design and implement automated unit, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance test suites. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and automated quality gates. • Validate software compliance with DoD, program, and cybersecurity requirements. • Collaborate with development teams to establish test strategies and ensure comprehensive requirements, traceability and test coverage. • Identify, document, track, and verify resolution of software defects. • Support software release readiness reviews and production deployment activities. • Generate test plans, test procedures, test reports, and quality metrics for the customer and program leadership. • Participate in Agile meetings, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives. • Support accreditation, cybersecurity assessments, and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities by validating security controls and documenting test evidence. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on test automation, quality engineering, and DevSecOps maturity.
