Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not essential). - Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic understanding of software products and IT solutions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
