Role Description Hubexo North America is looking for a talented Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) to drive sales for our rapidly growing team. If you are a strong communicator, tenacious about achieving goals, being a top performer, and maxing out your commissions, then you are an ideal candidate to join our dynamic sales team! - Prospect within your territory to identify and research timely, high-value targets. - Utilize our sales tech stack to perform consistent daily cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outbound to generate new sales opportunities. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow-up. - Learn best practices to enhance your prospecting & sales strategies as you develop your skills in the role. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Measure your results and work with your manager to optimize them. - Give regular demos (10+ per week), drive your opportunities through each stage, and close deals consistently to achieve (and exceed) quota. * This position is 100% remote with some travel to industry events and company meetings. Qualifications - 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience (SaaS / SDR-AE model is a plus). - Strong communication & presentation skills via phone, video, and email. - High empathy and a positive attitude. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Disciplined, motivated, and strong negotiation skills. - Strong desire to move up within a sales organization. - Clear path to more senior sales roles upon consistent, sustained success.
