• Represent Quality in the design department • Identify and share the main quality impact of the specific assigned metafunction • Collect all the available data to define the quality Target (Parts/Project) • Ensure the robustness of the quality design processes • Conducts the audit of the quality design process through the standard check, Design review, APQP/PPAP processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering education
- Mastery of geometry assessments (technical documents and processes)
- Management of scheduling, organization, and internal processes for the launching phase activities
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and trades (stamping, welding, painting and assembly)
- Knowledge of the BCI product design fundamentals
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and Change Management processes
- Self-motivator with a strong passion for automobiles and appreciation for quality
- Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem solving
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Knowledge of English language (C1,C2)

This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise-level system integration, API testing, automation framework development, and data validation. The tester will work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with CJIS standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in software testing or QA engineering within IT projects. - Experience testing large integrated enterprise systems. - Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks. - Proficiency in Java or C# programming. - Experience with data-driven automation testing. - Knowledge of Extent Reports or similar automation reporting tools. - Experience with GitHub for version control. - Experience with SoapUI, Postman, and defect management tools. - Experience with IBM Rational Jazz Suite (preferred). - Experience with NIEM XML or complex XML standards. - Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). - Ability to write complex SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong experience with API and web service testing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • The Penetration Tester reports to the Sr. Manager of Network and Strategic Penetration Testing • Responsible for the execution and coordination of ethical hacking to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement • Assists in delivery of security testing projects according to a structured process, including writing test reports • Assists with the execution of highly technical/analytical security assessments of Active Directory environments, network infrastructure, cloud environments, and AI technologies • Advises on secure development practices • Provides technical leadership to business areas as a Security Testing subject matter expert • Identifies security gaps and deficiencies by conducting risk assessments • Assists in the execution of planning, testing, tracking, and advises on necessary risk acceptance for identified security risks • Works with management and peers to foster the development of less experienced Security Testing Consultants
