Role Description We’re looking for a Business Unit Controller to build and drive our Tesco and One Stop Accounts with AG Barr, primarily focusing on our Soft Drinks portfolio. As Tesco Business Unit Controller, you will be leading one of our most important accounts within the business and will build and implement a long term strategy, anchored around commercial and category growth in partnership with Tesco. Qualifications - Significant experience in an FMCG environment (Tesco and Impulse category experience preferable). - Proven and demonstrable leadership of a team delivering great results both internally and externally. - Strong people management and coaching skills. - A strong understanding of category-led selling and strategic thought leadership. - Proven success in managing senior-level relationships internally and externally. Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively present at various organisational levels. - Strong IT skills, including proficiency with CRM, forecasting tools, and Google Office.
