• Maintain retail and commercial lending processes from origination through closing • Partners with lending, operations, credit, compliance, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions • Ensure platform configurations align with regulatory, audit, data governance, and change management requirements • Optimize system usability, performance, and automation to improve lender and borrower experience • Provide ongoing Salesforce administration, including user access, configuration, releases, and platform governance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology related program or 1-3 years’ of platform administration experience.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications as well as create technical documentation.
  • General understanding of banking, consumer lending, and small business lending is preferred.
  • Salesforce/nCino product knowledge is preferred.
  • Salesforce or nCino certification preferred. (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and/or nCino Platform Certification)
