Role Description Are you passionate about helping distributors succeed, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving growth in the test and measurement industry? Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Partner Account Manager (PAM) to support and expand our distribution business across New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to distribution partners, internal sales teams, and end users, helping to identify opportunities, deliver technical solutions, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of electronic test and measurement solutions with proven sales and channel management experience. This position offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, enable distributor success, and play a critical role in Keysight's continued market leadership. Location: Remote, field-based position. Candidates must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Travel: Up to 25% travel within the territory based on business needs. Responsibilities - Develop and execute territory growth strategies that increase distributor engagement, customer adoption, and revenue performance. - Serve as the primary technical interface between Keysight, distribution partners, and end customers, providing technical expertise and business development support. - Lead distributor enablement initiatives through product training, sales coaching, joint customer engagement, and business planning to strengthen partner capabilities and drive revenue growth. - Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in collaboration with Keysight sales teams and channel partners. - Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application-focused consultations to distributors and end users. - Conduct joint customer visits with distributor sales teams to uncover opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and support customer success. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across distributor organizations and customer accounts. - Represent Keysight at customer meetings, distributor events, trade shows, and industry conferences. - Manage complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through successful business closure while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business planning and growth initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering – (Electrical preferred). - 10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, distributor management and channel sales within the test and measurement industry. - Strong knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment, applications, and industry trends. - Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through distributor and channel partner relationships. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. - Strong organizational and territory management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives. - Self-motivated professional capable of operating independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. - Experience conducting technical product demonstrations and customer facing presentations.
