• Engage directly with customers; Developers, Owners, Utilities, EPCs, and ISOs. • Contribute to the design and development of monitoring and control systems for utility scale renewable energy projects. • Program, install, troubleshoot, test, and commission Remote Terminal Units (RTU’s), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s), & Human Machine Interfaces (HMI’s) for • Active Power Curtailment • Reactive Power Control • MET tower data acquisition • High Voltage substation SCADA • Power Plant Control (PPC) for, Solar, Battery Energy Storage (BESS), and Energy Management Systems (EMS’s) • Work with the following technologies and platforms: • Controls: SEL-RTACs & ControlLogix • HMI: Ignition • Historian: Ignition, MSSQL, InfluxDB, and Canary Labs • Network: SEL, Cisco, Hirschmann, Fortigate, and Moxa • Troubleshooting: Putty, Wireshark • Develop detailed design documentation including System Architecture Diagrams, Device Points List, IP lists, Logic Diagrams, HMI mockups. • Generate project documentation including commissioning documents, as-built drawings, operator manuals and training material. • Coordinate with field technicians for on-site commissioning and installation support. • Utilize diagnostic utilities to troubleshoot complex monitoring and control systems. • Any other actions required by management.

• Collaborate closely with sales leaders and account teams to identify a value delivery strategy for key accounts. • Engage with top prospects to identify, understand, and quantify their unique challenges and potential benefits with dbt. • Define and communicate the dbt Labs value proposition in alignment with customer objectives. • Lead business value reviews / business cases: Effectively communicate the realized business impacts and potential economic benefits of new opportunities. • Conduct thorough analysis of customer workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency. • Create and deliver boardroom-quality, executive presentations. Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of our champions and key stakeholders • Partner with dbt leadership to build new value based GTM motions to more effectively prove product value and grow deal sizes. • Provide guidance on best practices and innovative approaches to maximize the value of dbt Labs solutions • Conduct training and workshops in conjunction with dbt Labs enablement to increase the quality of their discovery and their understanding of business value & customer excellence. • Build scalable programs and tools to support value selling across all parts of the GTM ecosystem, including Pre-Sale teams, Professional Services, and Marketing. • Help build the future of the value engineering practice at dbt Labs: contribute to the development of best practices and tools for enhanced value-based selling adoption.

• Drive forward-deployed engagements end to end, from scoping each customer's technical goals and designing the deployment approach to taking POCs to a working state and toward production • Design and deliver changes to the platform and to how it deploys to Kubernetes, unblocking enterprise adoption and contributing those changes back to Stackok Enterprise • Act as the technical SME for enterprise adoption, answering deep platform and Kubernetes questions and giving hands-on support to customers and Design Partners • Own the technical calls within your domain, moving quickly on reversible decisions and pulling in the team anchor as scope and risk grow • Partner with senior peers and bring field insight back through standup, planning, and design reviews to influence priorities and how engagements run • Coach teammates in your areas of deep expertise, especially Kubernetes, and contribute to hiring when needed • Apply AI-assisted workflows and strengthen reusable tooling and playbooks so each engagement moves faster for the team

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and solutions architect for strategic partners (or direct advertisers), guiding them through the integration and adoption of Reddit’s advertising APIs and tools. • Design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions that accelerate technical enablement and create tangible value for partners (or direct advertisers). These builds may occur in Reddit’s systems or directly within the client’s or partner’s codebase. • Collaborate directly with engineering teams at partner (or direct advertiser) organizations to optimize performance, address integration gaps, and troubleshoot complex issues. • Lead onboarding, testing, and pre-launch support to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience. • Represent the technical voice of the partner (or direct advertiser) internally, surfacing feedback and influencing product and platform priorities to improve outcomes for both sides. • Support escalations for complex or high-impact integrations and provide clear, actionable direction to resolve blockers quickly and sustainably.
