Marketing Manager

Better Trucks

• Lead and manage our marketing function, including oversight of agency relationships and potential future team members. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive lead generation across target markets. • Own multi-channel campaign planning and management, including digital, content, email, social media, and events. • Partner with sales and product leadership to create compelling content and materials that support customer acquisition and retention efforts. • Establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic insights to optimize ROI and marketing effectiveness. • Oversee the company's digital presence, including website strategy, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives. • Lead PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and industry partnerships. • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact. • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. • Report on marketing performance and business impact to executive leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated progression in responsibility, preferably in logistics, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and/or leading marketing teams.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with a portfolio of impactful content.
  • Expert proficiency with marketing tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic, creative, and innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong business acumen.
