Job Requirements

  • extensive experience with B2B GTM analytics across some or all of marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success
  • sophisticated SQL writing with preference for well-architected data models, optimized query performance, and documented code
  • proficiency with at least one visualization & business intelligence platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Mode)
  • strong verbal and communication skills
  • expedite projects forward, favoring rapid and incremental development
  • structured approach to handle ambiguous exploratory analysis
  • ability to use data to achieve ambitious goals and influence company-level outcomes
  • experience as a technical lead or manager is a plus
  • experience with forecasting and predictive modeling is a bonus
  • familiarity with operational tools and systems like Segment, Amplitude and Hubspot (or other CRM tools) is a bonus
  • experience with dbt, Fivetran or Census is a bonus
  • experience in Python or R is a bonus

Role Description POWTEC Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst to support a federal client engagement with NOAA’s Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO). In this role, you will work with enterprise facility management systems to ensure data integrity, build meaningful dashboards, and help drive informed decisions about federal real property investments. This is a full-time, salaried contract position expected to run approximately 8 months, with the potential for extension.
