Role Description At Alcool NB Liquor & Cannabis NB, we look for people whose values align with ours: Integrity, Caring, Trust, Community, and Celebration. Reporting to the HR Manager - Health & Safety, the Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting in the development, implementation, and administration of the health and safety policies and programs within ANBL & Cannabis NB. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of safety and compliance throughout both organizations, ensuring that all operations adhere to relevant regulations and best practices. Additional Responsibilities - Risk Assessment: Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards, violence, and risks. - Audits: Conduct monthly safety audits as determined by CNB & ANBL’s Health and Safety Index. - Joint Health and Safety Responsibilities: - Collaboration: Act as a liaison between management and the JHSC. - Training and Support: Provide or arrange for training and resources to JHSC members on their roles, responsibilities, and health and safety regulations. - Action Plan Development: Work with the JHSC to develop and implement action plans addressing identified hazards or safety concerns. - Employee Engagement: Promote the role of the JHSC among employees, encouraging participation and fostering a culture of safety. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the JHSC is informed about relevant health and safety regulations. - H&S Program and Policy Review: Review H&S program, policies, and procedures annually to ensure compliance. Qualifications - A post-secondary degree in Occupational Health & Safety or another related discipline. - 3 years of experience working directly with health & safety programs and administration. - A strong working and application knowledge of New Brunswick Health and Safety legislation. - Strong computer proficiency, with emphasis on MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of legislation, regulations, and accident prevention in relation to health & safety. - Ability to travel to ANBL and CNB, as well as subsidiary sites throughout the province on weekends or irregular hours in emergency situations. - Experience with change management. Requirements - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite of products: particularly Excel and Word. - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, timeline-sensitive, and results-driven environment. Role Description The Senior Data Governance Specialist encompasses comprehensive subject matter expertise in data governance principles, practices and processes, and their application in business contexts. This includes: - Data management concepts - Organizational data flows - Applicable legislative and regulatory considerations - The impact of data quality on business operations This role develops and maintains data governance frameworks, standards, and policies, while working closely with data architecture to understand the technology environment for both data governance and the data itself. Role Description The Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning translates overall marketing direction into clear, coordinated plans and priorities at ANBL, ensuring alignment to defined business goals and success measures. - Lead the marketing planning process, including annual and campaign planning, prioritization and intake across teams. - Provide strategic direction and alignment to marketing managers responsible for program delivery and creative services. - Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align on priorities, clarify plans and remove strategic roadblocks. - Connect strategy to execution by enabling teams with clear direction, strong planning, and continuous improvement. Role Description The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of ANBL’s marketing programs and campaigns across a variety of owned and paid media channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Planning, this role plays a critical part in bringing marketing strategies to life through effective planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns. The Marketing Programs Manager leads a team responsible for managing multiple, concurrent marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic direction, timelines, budgets, and business priorities. Acting as a central point of contact for campaign execution, this role ensures strong communication, collaboration, and alignment across the Marketing team and key internal stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities - Lead the execution of multiple, concurrent marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic direction, business priorities, timelines, and budgets. - Oversee campaign planning and delivery, including development of marketing plans, workbacks, requirements, and cross-functional coordination. - Translate marketing plans into clear, actionable campaign deliverables, timelines, and requirements. - Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful execution of initiatives. - Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Manager to ensure campaign assets are developed and delivered to meet marketing and business objectives. - Leverage data, customer insights, and internal expertise to inform campaign planning, execution, and optimization. - Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and paid channels (web, email, social, paid media), driving traffic, engagement, and performance. - Partner with internal teams and external agencies to optimize campaign effectiveness, applying insights, best practices, and continuous improvements. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment. - Manage day-to-day relationships with external agency partners to support effective campaign execution. - Oversee campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, identifying insights and opportunities to inform future initiatives. - Support the ongoing improvement of marketing processes, tools, and workflows. Qualifications - Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. - 6+ years of experience in marketing account management, operations, or project management, with a focus on campaign execution. - Proven experience managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. - Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and performance. - Strong understanding of digital and eCommerce marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Solid understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting. - Working knowledge of customer segmentation and customer journey mapping.
