• Provide administrative and operational support across various business functions. • Respond to customer, client, and vendor inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms. • Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and calendar management. • Maintain accurate business records, databases, and documentation. • Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence as required. • Assist with order processing, service requests, and workflow coordination. • Support onboarding and administrative processes for new team members. • Monitor and organize incoming communications and direct them appropriately. • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information. • Collaborate with management and team members on special projects and operational initiatives. • Perform additional administrative and business support duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, business operations, or office management preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems, database management, or business software platforms preferred.
