Co-op – Digital Technologies Vendor Management

• Assist with procurement of goods and services by creating, updating and closing out all purchase requisitions for Digital Technology. • Identify, research, analyze and resolve purchasing issues with DT areas. • Provide a variety of support functions within the Vendor Management Office. • Support DT VMO project implementations. • Create, maintain and update process documentation around DT purchase requisitioning, invoicing support and other DT VMO processes as needed. • Collaborate with the members of the VMO and other departments to optimize the purchase requisition process. • Maintenance of various DT VMO communications forums. • Assist in resolving DT VMO questions or concerns.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program studying Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Basic understanding of Procurement and Vendor Management principles.
- Experience with SAP or SAP Ariba.
- Experience with SharePoint including internal site administration.
- Experience with Statement of Works (SOWs) and/or other work authorizing tools.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
