Requirements - Experience with interior trim components, such as IP, console, door trim, pillar trim, bezels, hard trim or soft trim. - Knowledge of CAE, basic stress analysis, or mechanical validations. - Knowledge of DFA/DFS, packaging, static/dynamic clearances, and craftsmanship. - Previous participation in vehicle launches or global programs. - Experience with RFQs, costs, and sourcing/supplier support.
