Job Description

Growth Marketer (Creator & Performance Specialist)

Unpack Holdings Limited

Role Description We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer who views creators not just as a brand awareness tool, but as a high-velocity performance marketing channel. Your mission is to weaponize our creator ecosystem to drive hyper-growth, user acquisition, and measurable revenue. This is not a traditional PR or talent management role; you will combine performance analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and strategic relationship-building to build scalable acquisition loops. You are equally comfortable diving deep into data attribution models, A/B testing referral incentives, and speaking the language of gaming and streaming creators to unlock their audience's potential. We value execution, a scientific approach to growth, and absolute ownership. If you know how to turn creator traffic into sustainable, long-term user retention, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities - Performance-Driven Growth Strategy: Design, execute, and scale creator-led marketing campaigns with a strict focus on performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and retention. - Funnel Optimization & A/B Testing: Optimize the landing pages, onboarding flows, and unique referral hooks that creator audiences use to maximize conversion from view to active user. - Data Analytics & Attribution: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Dive into attribution data to figure out which creators, platforms, and content formats drive the highest LTV (Lifetime Value) users. - Creator Incentive Architecture: Structure and iterate on performance-based compensation models, affiliate structures, and milestone rewards that incentivize creators to actively promote our platform. - Scalable Campaign Operations: Move away from manual one-off deals. Build systems, automated workflows, and CRM pipelines that allow us to manage and track dozens of creator growth campaigns simultaneously. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to build growth loops directly into the product (e.g., custom referral tools, creator-specific perks). - The Growth Mindset: Proven experience running performance marketing or growth campaigns—specifically leveraging creators, affiliates, or influencers to hit hard acquisition targets. - Data & Analytics Rigor: Highly proficient with growth analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or CRM tracking software). You live in spreadsheets and make decisions based on data, not gut feelings. - Conversion Rate Expertise: Strong understanding of consumer behavior, funnel mechanics, landing page optimization, and growth loops. - Cultural Fluency: A deep understanding of modern creator dynamics, streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick), gaming/eSports culture, or Web3 communities. - High Operational Discipline: Ability to run a structured, highly organized marketing pipeline without letting details slip through the cracks. Qualifications - Experience working with performance-based affiliate networks or influencer marketing platforms. - Experience in gaming, gambling, entertainment, or highly viral consumer-facing digital products. - Understanding of paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and how it can be used to amplify organic creator content. Benefits - High-Impact Ownership: You'll play a direct role in helping creators grow while influencing the underlying strategy behind a rapidly expanding creator ecosystem. - Work at the Center of the Creator Economy: Collaborate daily with creators, communities, and internal teams that are actively shaping the future of digital entertainment and online engagement. - Freedom to Execute: We value initiative and trust people to own outcomes. You'll have the complete autonomy to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive improvements. - Build Alongside Ambitious Teammates: Join a distributed team that values curiosity, speed, and continuous improvement. We move quickly, support each other, and focus relentlessly on execution. - Long-Term Growth: As the company scales, there will be significant opportunities to expand your scope, develop new skills, and grow your career with us.
