Role Description Center for Change is seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused professional to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about behavioral health and enjoys building meaningful connections that expand access to life-changing treatment. As a Business Development Outreach Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Center for Change’s referral network, increasing brand visibility, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, treatment providers, schools, hospitals, and community partners throughout your assigned territory. This is a highly collaborative, results-driven position that combines strategic outreach, relationship management, market analysis, and community engagement to support organizational growth and patient access to care. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to expand Center for Change’s referral network and increase admissions opportunities. - Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with referral partners, including therapists, physicians, dietitians, hospitals, treatment centers, EAPs, schools, and community organizations. - Identify, cultivate, and convert new referral sources while re-engaging inactive or underutilized accounts. - Conduct regular in-person visits, virtual meetings, phone outreach, presentations, and follow-up communications with referral partners. - Meet or exceed established outreach and business development performance metrics and goals. - Analyze referral trends, market opportunities, and outreach data to guide territory planning and growth strategies. - Collaborate with Admissions and Business Development teams to ensure seamless communication, referral tracking, and partner satisfaction. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach activities, referral interactions, and account information within the CRM system. - Represent Center for Change at conferences, community events, educational presentations, and professional networking opportunities. - Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships that enhance Center for Change’s reputation and market presence. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. - Equivalent education and experience will be considered. - Minimum of two (2) years of business development, outreach, marketing, or referral development experience within healthcare or behavioral health. - Demonstrated success developing referral relationships and achieving measurable growth goals. - Knowledge of eating disorders, mental health treatment, behavioral healthcare, or psychiatric services preferred. - Experience working directly with treatment center patients or within a treatment setting preferred. Requirements - This position is fully remote and based from a home office. - Travel is required for professional meetings, conferences, presentations, and referral partner visits. - A valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently are required. Role Description We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Marketing & US Expansion Intern to work directly with the CEO on this critical market introduction.
