Role Description We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Marketing & US Expansion Intern to work directly with the CEO on this critical market introduction. This is a high-level strategic role, not an administrative one. Alongside the CEO and a team of Marketing interns, you will be responsible for executing the entire early-stage US go-to-market plan. If you are aiming for a career in Marketing, HealthTech, International Business Development, or a consulting role, this is a direct, high-velocity experience with immediate impact. - Tasks: - You will own the foundational marketing and sales development activities required to introduce SyncVR's platform to the US healthcare system. - Prospecting & Outreach: - Identify and qualify key decision-makers at target pediatric hospitals via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools. - Execute initial, personalized outreach sequences and assist the CEO in securing initial meetings. - Market Intelligence & Positioning: - Continuously perform competitive analysis on the US MedTech landscape. - Provide the CEO with actionable insights on positioning, pricing models, and compliance requirements. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's program or actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related field. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency is mandatory for all US-facing content and executive communication). - Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to deliver measurable results. - Strong familiarity with, or a declared interest in, the US healthcare system and its healthtech ecosystem (Bonus: US Market Affinity). Requirements - Must be available for a minimum of 2 days (16+ hours) per week for a period of 4-6 months. - You are a talented self-starter who thrives on ownership and high-level strategy, comfortable operating in a remote, high-accountability setting.
