Role Description Estamos a recrutar um/a Business Development Manager para reforçar a nossa equipa, na zona da Grande Lisboa, com possibilidade de trabalhar num regime remoto. O que procuramos: - Experiência prévia no desenvolvimento de negócios na área do IT; - Experiência no ramo da Consultoria, Outsourcing (obrigatório); - Bons conhecimentos teóricos na área técnica de IT; - Experiência em venda de Software: ERP, WMS ou similares; - Conhecimentos ou experiência em logística, retail (valorizado); - Fluência em português e inglês (falado e escrito) e conhecimentos de Espanhol (valorizado); - Competências demonstradas na geração de leads, negociação e fecho de negócios; - Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa, bem como excelentes capacidades de comunicação e apresentação. Responsabilidades: - Prospeção e identificação de potenciais clientes no setor de TI e logística; - Realizar análises de mercado para compreender as necessidades do setor; - Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes existentes e potenciais; - Apresentar propostas comerciais e realizar negociações para fechar acordos; - Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipa interna para garantir a satisfação do cliente e o cumprimento dos prazos; - Manter-se atualizado sobre as últimas tendências e avanços no campo da tecnologia.
