Role Description We are currently seeking a highly driven Principal Consultant with experience as an interconnection/transmission planning engineer to join our customer success team in Pittsburgh, PA, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, or remote. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector, supporting a cloud software that automates interconnection studies end-to-end, to help renewable energy developers better manage risk and uncertainty in the queue through rigorous scenario analysis. - Lead technical discussions/trainings and presentations during client facing meetings which focus on supporting the client/prospect’s needs while leveraging your industry knowledge to effectively engage at all levels of an organization. - Assist and co-lead with sales team in strategic account pursuits - able to independently and comfortably present data, analytics, and the underlying methodologies underpinning our product suite. - Work closely with customers and prospective customers to explain results and troubleshoot issues. - Present effectively in a variety of settings from one-on-one with the C-suite to small and large groups across business segments (Developers, Utilities, Traders, Engineering companies). - Define/create and execute onboarding strategy for various users within multiple accounts. - Assist in the ongoing training of new and existing Principal Consultants on client engagement best practices. - Independently deepen relationship with clients and expand active user base with PC-initiated and sales-approved strategies and tactics [within one’s own account set]. - Provide consistent, constructive, product feedback into development and product team (fixes, enhancements, etc.) + the “why” on necessity of enhancement. - Attend industry conferences and internal conferences/trainings – Travel 10%. Qualifications - Experience or knowledge as a professional interconnection engineer or transmission planning engineer. - Experience with other grid and interconnection studies (production cost modeling, dynamics, short circuit, electromagnetic transient analysis, etc.) is a plus. - Deep familiarity with various ISO/RTO/utility interconnection processes. - Expertise in running power flow studies and analyzing posted interconnection study results. - Comfort navigating public data sources relevant to interconnection and the bulk transmission system. - Python scripting experience is a plus. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate with multiple functional and geographical groups concurrently across multiple time zones. - Excellent organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. - Relishes working on teams and embraces constructive feedback as part of the learning process. - This role is client facing. So, communication and presentation skills are paramount. - The intangibles include being driven by results, high goal orientation, and working with urgency. In other words, you MUST have a strong motor! Role Description UNICEF is providing technical support to the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family Affairs (MoSCFA), through the Reform and Investment Task Force of the European Commission - (SG REFORM) and is implementing a Technical Support Instrument (TSI) project "Modernizing Child Protection in Greece". Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Policy, Child Rights, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration or other related field. Requirements - Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in child rights, child protection, social policy, or public sector reform. - Demonstrated experience conducting policy reviews, research and stakeholder consultations. - Experience supporting development of national action plans, strategies or public policy reforms. - Previous experience working with government institutions, international organizations, or UN agencies. - Experience in drafting analytical reports and policy recommendations. - Fluency in Greek (written and spoken). - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Strong understanding of child rights frameworks and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. - Knowledge of the Greek child protection and social welfare system. - Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills. - Experience in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to synthesize complex information and formulate policy recommendations.
