SaaS Implementation Specialist

MedTrainer

• Deliver engaging virtual software training sessions tailored to different user roles • Adapt your delivery style based on audience needs (clinical staff, administrators, leadership) • Build and maintain training resources and quick-reference guides • Own onboarding timelines from kickoff to go-live • Track milestones and proactively resolve blockers • Serve as the Client’s Primary Contact During Implementation • Build trust and confidence from day one • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure progress • Provide thorough transition documentation for Client Success handoff • Monitor early-stage platform usage • Identify and address adoption gaps • Share client feedback internally to improve processes and product experience

Job Requirements

  • 1–5 years in teaching, corporate training, instructional design, or client-facing support
  • Experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously
  • Experience delivering virtual training is a plus
  • Strong communication skills — clear, patient, and engaging
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable adapting when plans change
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
