Title: Senior Product Designer Location: San Mateo, CA Department: Product Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION Design and develop user interfaces and digital product flows, including wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI specifications for web and mobile applications. Lead the entire product design lifecycle: gather requirements, conduct user research and usability testing, synthesize user feedback and analytics, iterate on design, and deliver production-ready designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, design strategy, and roadmap. Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable UI across multiple products and platforms. Provide design leadership and mentorship: review design work of junior designers, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices in UX, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility. Translate business needs, technical constraints, and user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions. Work with engineering and development teams to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of designs, and participate in design QA as needed. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Visual Design or related field. Experience: 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, Product Designer Intern, Graphic & Web Designer or closely related position. Special Skills: 3 years experience with each of the following: user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design; designing for both web and mobile platforms; collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, QA); using analytics and behavioral-insight tools; designing responsive web applications; and modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite. The position also requires knowledge of web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) WORK LOCATION 400 S. EL CAMINO REAL, SUITE 650, SAN MATEO, CA 94402 The position offers the benefit of remote work up to 2 days per week. Travel to company events, 2-3 times a year, for 4-5 days each trip. Initiative Delivery Lead

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across a portfolio of university partners. • Turn partner goals into concrete, actionable initiatives with defined scope, sequenced milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, resources, and exit criteria. • Manage a portfolio of simultaneous partner implementations, tracking overall program health across workstreams. • Build genuine knowledge of the Stellic platform and how our partners are using it. • Own project health and partner communications, both internal and partner-facing, in close partnership with the Partner Strategy Lead. • Work closely with Product Delivery Leads and bring the right internal stakeholders into the conversation at the right time. • Proactively manage risk and resourcing. Know when to escalate, how to prioritize, and what tradeoffs make the most sense. • Keep the partner's voice at the center and advocate for what they need across the organization.
Product Support Engineer

• You will own queue health, with high standards for SLA, CSAT, and ticket hygiene. • You'll own a defined set of product areas end-to-end including reading logs, querying data, reproducing issues, and forming hypotheses that hold up. • The escalations you write resolve in one round-trip — the engineer has enough context to act without back-and-forth. • You'll partner with Product to make sure issues do not recur. • You will improve KB articles, AI deflection content, and support guides. • You'll work alongside AI for first-touch deflection and contribute to improving its training.
Partner Strategy Lead

• Relationship Ownership: Become a trusted advisor/partner to senior leaders, known for expertise and project execution to deploy Stellic as an enabler of student success. Owner of the strategic-level partner relationship — understanding their priorities and translating them into a roadmap of initiatives Stellic can deliver against. • Strategic Planning: Co-develop multi-year success plans with partner institutions that align Stellic's platform capabilities to their goals, challenges, and overall student success strategy. • Initiative Leadership: Lead a portfolio of 1–3 concurrent Stellic initiatives per partner. Define scope, success metrics, and executive alignment. Hand off execution to the delivery team while maintaining strategic oversight and accountability for outcomes. • Partner Communication: Present business reviews, initiative progress, strategy recommendations to key stakeholders that cultivate and retain long-term relationships with senior leaders. • Value Realization: Establish clear Partner retention and success goals, including high product adoption and high platform utilization, and own delivery of those goals. Ensure NPS is at or trending to our goal of 70. Identify potential opportunities for upsell that increase the impact on the Partner's Stellic strategic plan for student success. • Renewal & Expansion: Ensure renewals as a result of value delivered. Identify and develop expansion opportunities, both adding FTEs and additional modules, based on execution of the strategic plan and new initiatives. • Thought Partnership: Be a strategic “voice of the customer” thought-partner for our internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to recognize potential improvements for Stellic’s Product and Partnership experience.
Account Executive

• Develop and execute detailed personal sales plans to achieve goals and quotas. • Drive the sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closure. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, turning them into long-term partnerships. • Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned territory, the education sector, and competitive offerings. • Overcome customer objections by emphasizing benefits over features through strong negotiation skills. • Build a robust pipeline through prospecting to support the sales cycle, which fluctuates with the academic year. • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system (Hubspot). • Travel as needed to meet customers, support trade shows and conferences, attend meetings, or for personal development (up to 33% of total work time). • Communicate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success), prospects, and customers.
