Account Executive

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals. Utilize market research, networking, and cold-calling techniques to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision makers. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively propose tailored data and AI solutions that address their business requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to present comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our Data and AI solutions. Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve revenue targets. • Manage sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in CRM systems. Forecast sales projections and provide regular reports on progress to sales management. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Data and AI. Leverage this knowledge to position our offerings effectively and differentiate ourselves from competitors. • Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Provide valuable feedback from the field to influence product development and marketing initiatives. • You will act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO providing insight and analysis while participating in decision-making at the highest levels. Your role will bridge the gap between big picture strategy and operational execution. • You will coordinate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. Additionally, you will help streamline efforts across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • You will take charge of crucial projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial objectives. Your oversight will require a keen eye for detail and an adeptness in managing cross-functional teams. • You will serve as the crucial point of communication for internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively will maintain transparency and foster strong relationships within and outside the company. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and manage executive briefings, presentations, and meetings. • A key leader in the organization, you will be expected to lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of at least 5 years in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling complex technology solutions, preferably in the Data and AI sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts related to Data and AI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
