Role Description As an Implementation Consultant - EOR, you'll be a key project manager and a reliable support for our customers. You'll facilitate their first implementation with Remote, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and helping to build the foundation for a strong, long-term partnership. - Act as a primary point of contact for multiple teams, including product and engineering. - Set customers up for success by being their go-to resource on core Remote products and solutions during the initial phase. Qualifications - 1-3 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role such as a Project Coordinator or Onboarding/Implementation role. - Solid understanding of the different stakeholders in your book of business. - Fluent written and spoken English, with well-structured communication skills. - Discovery skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand a client’s basic setup, objectives, and needs. - Ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders. - Experience in coordinating or supporting multiple projects with multiple stakeholders. - A real passion for problem-solving and willingness to explore solutions across various technical scenarios and customer verticals. Role Description We’re looking for a Lead QA Analyst focused on UAT and implementation support, not traditional manual testing. This role owns end-to-end UAT planning and execution, coordinates offshore QA teams, and drives defect triage and resolution.
