Paradox Implementation Consultant

• Lead multiple end-to-end Paradox implementation projects integrated with Workday. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Paradox solutions. • Configure and deploy conversational AI, workflow automation, employee self-service, and business process solutions utilizing the Paradox platform. • Design and implement integrations between Paradox and Workday. • Work across multiple Workday modules including (must have experience with least 2-3 modules): Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll (preferred). • Collaborate with Workday functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. • Support solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support. • Develop integration specifications, data mapping documents, and technical documentation. • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration issues. • Provide recommendations on best practices, governance, and optimization opportunities. • Deliver stakeholder training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience including 2+ years of hands-on Paradox implementation experience.
- Must have more than 2 full implementations experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, business processes, and security framework.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Workday Certification in HCM, Integrations, or Recruiting (preferred).
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments (preferred).
- Prior consulting experience with Workday Partners or System Integrators (preferred).
- Experience with HR technology transformation initiatives (preferred).
- Familiarity with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics is a plus (preferred).
