Role Description The Director of Implementations leads new program launches, platform transitions, and change requests to ensure seamless onboarding of pharmaceutical client programs. Key Responsibilities - Manage full lifecycle of client implementations: requirements, documentation, launch - Lead development of BRDs, SOPs, and training materials - Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Ops, Legal, and Finance - Ensure platform readiness and data migration milestones are achieved - Communicate status and updates to clients throughout the pre-launch phase - Drive go-live success through detailed planning and internal alignment Accountabilities - On-time, validated program launches - Internal and external launch coordination - Client satisfaction with onboarding process Qualifications - 7+ years in healthcare implementations, preferably in pharma hub services - Expertise in functional platform readiness and IT integration - Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills - Experience managing regulatory documentation (MSA, SOWs, BAA, HIPAA)
