Role Description The CMMS Specialist (Program Lead) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, development, and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program across a manufacturing facility. This role ensures the system is fully optimized to support maintenance, reliability, asset management, and operational performance. The role includes leadership of Maintenance Planners and oversight of all CMMS processes.
