Role Description The Program Director - SAP S/4HANA A&D, AFM Solution Architect will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs in the Aerospace & Defense aftermarket domain. Roles & Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership - Define the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution and integration strategy for A&D Aftermarket transformation. - Establish target architecture blueprint covering business processes, systems, and integration layers. - Drive alignment of IT architecture with business strategy and transformation objectives. - Solution Architecture - Lead end-to-end solution design across all S/4HANA functional domains. - Define business capability models, process flows, and system landscape. - Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP capabilities, and industry best practices. - Integration Architecture - Architect and govern integration across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems. - Define integration standards for APIs, events, and data processing. - Establish reusable integration frameworks and canonical data models. - Program Delivery & Governance - Lead architecture governance across solution design reviews and integration design approvals. - Drive fit-gap workshops and architecture boards. - Ensure >95% milestone adherence and delivery predictability. - Business Engagement - Act as trusted advisor to CIO, CTO, and business leadership. - Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, supply chain, and aftermarket. - Translate strategic business goals into scalable SAP-enabled solutions. - Value Realization - Drive enterprise outcomes including improved process integration and reduced cycle times. - Define KPI frameworks for integration success rate and data consistency metrics. - Transformation & Innovation - Lead transformation from legacy landscapes to modern cloud-enabled SAP architectures. - Promote adoption of API-led integration and event-driven architecture. - Enable digital thread across engineering, supply chain, and aftermarket operations.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Developer with expertise in SAP Integration Suite / CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to join our SAP project team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and governing end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems in a hybrid environment. The position combines hands-on delivery with technical leadership—driving solution discussions, establishing integration standards, and ensuring high-quality integration design and implementation across a global SAP program. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical depth in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Mgmt, Cloud Connector and related tools), experience in leading complex integration projects, and the ability to mentor both technical and business teams. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of the organization and the opportunity to shape the enterprise integration landscape for a global SAP program. This is a remote, project-based role focused on project delivery (no ongoing run-state/operations support responsibilities).
