Job Description

Senior Strategic Partner Enablement Manager

• Design and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs. • Develop and distribute enablement materials including playbooks and guides. • Work with creative, comms, or marketing whenever possible to maximize reuse of existing content and maintain brand standards. • Generate content such as case studies, emails, social campaigns, videos, testimonials, website copy, and blog posts for Channels. • Coordinate and lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate partners on products, services, and best practices. • Develop sales enablement programs, materials and coordinate training sessions to ensure that the sales team is fully equipped to sell the products effectively • Maintain Channel Partner Resource Center and Enterprise Sales Folders: populate, organize and keep current • Constantly analyze and adjust to ensure the goals are met and that sales and strategic partners do not need additional support • Develop materials that communicate the product’s features and benefits • Provide support to the strategic partner marketing and sales teams and create materials they may use to increase sales to their end customers • Assist in onboarding new partners • Create and distribute to strategic partners a newsletter that highlights products, new releases, new support assets • Collaborate with translation team to ensure that assets are in appropriate languages in a timely manner • Engage subject matter experts to ensure message is correct and create content • Ensure effective, proactive communication and collaboration within all ISACA departments • Work closely with the marketing team to drive consistent product messaging • Collaborate with our strategic partners and identify additional support needed; bring new product ideas or market feedback back to the product team • Keep marketing, ISACA sales, and strategic partners informed of products in development • In partnership with product operations, manage the ISACA market development funds (MDF) management: -support marketing and sales activities, such as events, ad campaigns, or email campaigns through leveraging partner MDF funds. Manage distribution, tracking, and measuring the performance of these funds. • Collaborate with product / partner leadership and sales to define and refine strategic partner enablement strategies • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for partner growth through enablement and leverage competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions. • Define what approach / materials will be needed for products at all stages of the lifecycle for the channels you manage • Plan and execute product launch campaigns for assigned channels and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan • Align strategies with sales goals • Assist with the development of incentive programs • Work with data analysts to establish consistent dashboards for awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics • Monitor how the content created is used by strategic partners • Provide insights and suggestions to stakeholders based on data and feedback • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives • Track incentive program effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements • Create new processes needed to support new product launches in a more timely fashion • Automate processes where possible to scale and decrease production time • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency • Drive continuous improvement of initiatives, feedback, communication, training, and asset creation across all channels

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Product Management or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or capacity, with a demonstrated record of success.
  • Previous work experience as a product marketing manager or member of a marketing team.
  • Familiarity with product management, data analytics, and project management
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
