Health & Safety Specialist
Ruby
• Work closely with our Health & Safety Manager and our external partners in occupational safety and fire protection, supporting the further development of our Health & Safety standards across our growing international hotel portfolio • Contribute to conducting hazard assessments and risk evaluations and coordinate the implementation of resulting measures in our hotels • Organize and coordinate trainings and safety briefings for employees • Create and update safety documentation and emergency plans • Review inspection reports related to occupational and fire safety, liaise with the hotels and follow up on agreed actions • Analyze accident reports and develop preventive measures • Coordinate the execution of evacuation drills and other emergency trainings with external partners • Support the Health & Safety Manager in planning and executing hotel openings and other Health & Safety projects, taking responsibility for defined subprojects
Job Requirements
- You have initial professional experience in occupational safety and/or fire protection
- You have a thorough knowledge of the relevant legal requirements and standards in occupational safety and fire protection
- You are highly organized and a structured way of working is one of your strengths
- You are willing to pursue continuous professional development in occupational and fire safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor and integrity come naturally to you
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
