• Own the Renewal Lifecycle: Negotiating and finalising renewals by interacting with customer decision-makers and end-users, building positive relationships with the customer and internal teams. • Drive Account Growth: Focus on client retention and revenue expansion within your assigned book of business. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for renewal and expansion within our existing customer base. • Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer retention and expansion initiatives. • Optimize the Customer Journey: Analyze renewal data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the renewal process and customer experience.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience in sales, renewing contracts or customer success
- Demonstrated success in driving the renewals process, with a proven track record of achieving high renewal rates and revenue retention
- Strong understanding of the underlying drivers of business success across industry sectors
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform strategy and decision-making
