Role Description We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will drive new business growth, build long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to the company's expansion across European and international markets. - Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing. - Build, maintain, and optimize a structured sales pipeline using Notion and CRM systems. - Generate and qualify leads through both outbound and inbound channels, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities. - Sell Talentin's recruitment and HR outsourcing services to SMB and Enterprise clients. - Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and close new business deals. - Reactivate dormant clients and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. - Represent TalentIn at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings across Ukraine and Europe. - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, founders, and HR leaders. - Track and analyze key sales KPIs, including pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue, and forecasting. - Continuously improve sales processes and CRM workflows to increase efficiency and performance. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition functions. - Proven experience selling professional services to SMB and Enterprise clients. - Deep expertise in CRM implementation, setup, management, and sales process optimization. - Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken). - Willingness and ability to travel regularly to industry events and conferences across Ukraine and Europe. - Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with sales metrics and KPIs. Requirements - Experience within recruitment agencies, HR services, staffing, or outsourcing businesses. - Existing network within Tech, iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, FinTech, or related industries. - Experience working with Notion-based operational systems.
