• Produce high-level relevant industry conference programmes. • Liaise with key professionals/institutions and companies in the production of conference programmes. • Engage with recommended speakers and confirm their attendance. • Ensure the speaker database is updated to provide current and accurate speaker lists and files for event management. • Prepare and communicate creative brief documents to the Marketing team. • Assist providing leads to the sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as appropriate. • Mentor other conference producers within the team. • Conduct a post-show analysis of the event including job title analysis. • Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market. • Develop new conference ideas and programme content through meetings and tele-research with key experts. • Collaborate with the Exhibition Director and other sales team members to generate ideas for enhancing the conference portfolio. • Identify key opinion leaders/institutions and companies related to the event. • Maintain existing and build new relationships develop a conference with topics and speakers. • Look at additional add-ons and other ways of attracting more delegates i.e. workshops, poster sessions, partnering with associations etc. • Assist with onsite duties as required for the duration of the event, which may require longer working hours.
Job Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in conference production, with a focus on the finance and fintech sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering conferences within large-scale events, managing conference tracks and budgets.
- Good understanding of and experience in the KSA market, ideally with exposure to government entities.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments by maintaining a solutions-focused mindset and delivering results under pressure.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement with a proven track record of enhancing processes and successfully implementing new initiatives.
- Experience of working in research-based role (but not essential!)
- Sales experience including creating proposals, pitching ideas, closing proposals (but not essential!)
- Journalism skills including copywriting and editing (but not essential!)

Role Description We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Creative Producer to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all brand content production activities. This role is focused on managing the production process rather than creating content yourself. You will coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, models, stylists and other creative suppliers to ensure all content is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard. Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams and external creative partners, you will oversee everything from monthly content shoots to large-scale seasonal campaigns.
