• As the Senior Manager, Specialty Sales - USA you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of Arc’teryx’s Specialty Wholesale business across the US. • You will be a strategic advisor and cross-functional partner, guiding how our brand shows up in specialty retail environments in the US in Snow, Trail & Climb. • You will lead, coach and develop a team of Territory Managers to execute on the US Specialty strategy to ensure our product, storytelling, and service are aligned with the long-term strategic plan. • Your leadership will help shape the future of wholesale in the US, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Arc’teryx brand values and community.
• Play a critical role within the North America Retail team by supporting employees and business operations in all aspects of risk and loss mitigation • Lead the execution of Asset Protection best practices, policies, and programs within assigned coverage area • Work closely with retail store, field, and corporate leaders to identify opportunities, align on priorities, and establish consistent ways of working • Manage and maintain physical security, shrink mitigation, and case management programs • Serve as the primary point of contact for all physical risk incidents and emergencies within assigned area and support teams through crisis response framework
• Managing the day-to-day footwear business for assigned Key Account partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent execution • Driving seasonal sell-in in alignment with footwear strategy, revenue targets, account 3YP strategies and market distribution plans • Partnering with the total Key Account sales force to ensure cohesive account strategies across categories. Your support will lead with footwear, but may extend beyond the category to support with in-season analytics and replenishment strategies. • Supporting sell-through performance by partnering with Trade Marketing on in-store execution, product education, and retail storytelling • Working closely with the Footwear team and Revenue team to align forecasts, assortments, and growth opportunities • Monitoring account performance and providing feedback on product, inventory health, and market trends • Supporting key milestones such as line reviews, sales meetings, product trainings, and seasonal business reviews • Acting as a brand ambassador by ensuring our footwear is represented with excellence on the retail floor
• As the Senior Area Manager, Community for USA East, you lead the Arc’teryx community strategy across key markets including New York, Boston and other East Coast cities. • You will design initiatives that authentically engage and grow our community, ensuring Arc’teryx continues to inspire, innovate, and lead across these diverse urban and outdoor-oriented hubs. • While you set the vision and direction, you will also serve as a mentor and people leader to your team; enabling them to deliver best-in-class experiences through Academy Light activations, new store openings, metropolitan endemic events, the Retail Academy Prep Series, and athlete/guide partnerships. • This role blends strategic oversight, team leadership, and operational excellence, while fostering strong relationships with athletes, guides, pro partners, local ambassadors, and grassroots communities. • This role can be hired remote. Business operations occur on EST time zone. Travel to each market is required.
