• Execute social media publishing based on a pre-defined content calendar provided by the Caraway team • Utilize Nectar to schedule and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) • Repurpose existing content for secondary channels (e.g., Pinterest), ensuring platform-specific formatting and optimization • Ensure accuracy, timing, and quality control of all scheduled content • Upload and organize social assets across platforms, including short-form video distribution • Produce weekly and monthly social performance reports using Nectar and existing templates • Track and compile key metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance • Monitor social platforms for relevant trends, conversations, and cultural moments
• Own lifecycle as a business function, with direct accountability to LTV, contribution margin, repeat purchase velocity, and cohort performance • Define and operationalize lifecycle KPIs, ensuring they are consistently measured, reported, and tied to financial outcomes (not attributed revenue) • Build a long-term lifecycle strategy that identifies structural growth levers across the customer journey, including onboarding, repeat behavior, cross-category expansion, and reactivation • Lead the development of lifecycle architecture, including segmentation strategy, automation systems, personalization frameworks, and channel orchestration across Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and emerging channels • Design and implement pricing and incentive governance across lifecycle to balance growth and margin, including testing frameworks for offer strategy, discounting, and payback • Partner with Finance and Data to establish clear incrementality measurement, cohort analysis, and forecasting models tied to lifecycle performance • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve lifecycle outcomes at a systems level (e.g., welcome offer strategy, product merchandising alignment, PDP/onsite conversion improvements, post-purchase experience) • Translate complex data into clear strategic direction, identifying root causes of performance issues and defining actions that unlock scale • Establish a disciplined experimentation framework focused on high-impact lifecycle changes, not incremental campaign testing • Own lifecycle forecasting and planning, ensuring retention is a core input into company revenue and profitability targets • Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle team, setting a high bar for strategic thinking, ownership, and accountability • Define how lifecycle integrates with acquisition, ensuring full-funnel alignment and maximizing total customer value
• Own senior-level relationships across Caraway's mass, club, and grocery accounts, ensuring alignment on joint business priorities, growth plans, and long-term partnership success. • Manage day-to-day communication and account needs, serving as the primary point of contact across sales, marketing, support, and operational matters. • Partner with the Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer to develop and execute account strategy, channel prioritization, and long-term retail and business development plans. • Collaborate with Caraway's Leadership team to define and drive retail, omnichannel, and business development strategy — aligning channel priorities with broader company goals. • Lead account- and channel-level growth initiatives, translating company objectives into scalable, account-specific programs. • Develop, execute, and continuously refine customized growth plans for existing and new accounts, grounded in sales performance and consumer insights. • Engage accounts at both the HQ and field level to deepen relationships, uncover opportunities, and accelerate growth. • Leverage performance data and market insights to inform decisions across assortment, merchandising, and channel expansion. • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement a cohesive retail merchandising strategy that aligns with brand goals and customer needs. • Lead end-to-end negotiations and structuring of new partnerships, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and brand alignment. • Drive channel-specific sales strategies, plans, and promotional frameworks to expand Caraway's presence across mass, club, grocery, and new channels. • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, sales presentations, and collateral for new and existing retail and business development opportunities. • Oversee retail reporting, performance tracking, and business review cadences to drive accountability and strategic decision-making. • Prepare presentation materials, sales reports, and internal documents required for effective selling and stakeholder communication. • Provide strategic direction and guidance to internal teams supporting retail accounts — including marketing, operations, merchandising, and finance. • Build scalable processes, tools, and frameworks to support retail growth and channel expansion.

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team to help develop, execute, and evolve brand creative across Caraway’s owned marketing channels and website. This role will partner closely with marketers, cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and fellow designers to concept and execute impactful, high-performing creative that strengthens and advances Caraway’s visual identity across online and offline touchpoints. You will play a key role in owning campaigns from concept through production — contributing to big ideas while also delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented execution across print, digital, and experiential channels. Who You Are: You are a strategic, execution-minded brand designer with a strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling. You think beyond the brief — approaching problems from multiple angles and translating business objectives into compelling, cohesive creative across print, digital, and experiential channels. You take ownership of your work from concept through production, manage overlapping priorities with clarity, and operate with a high level of autonomy. You’re comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while maintaining accountability for deadlines, details, and creative excellence. • Own the creation of high-quality, photorealistic static & motion based 3D renderings across all major touch points • Partner closely with art directors, designers, & our digital product team to shape and evolve Caraway’s rendering style, motion language, and visual systems • Partner closely with Product Design to ensure accuracy in form, materials, finishes and color • Develop and execute short-form 3D motion pieces (product narratives, feature callouts, dynamic interactions, etc) • Lead exploratory rendering efforts to test new approaches, lighting styles, materials, motion techniques and emerging tools • Participate in concept development, ie sketches, mood boards, render ideas for product launches and campaigns • Help define and maintain rendering best practices, workflows and asset standards • Execute at production-ready scale, delivering polished work on tight timelines
• Conduct mechanical design and analysis activities, including 3D modeling, prototyping, component selection and validation, and design for manufacturing/assembly (DFx), to make sure designs are strong and optimized. • Work closely with supplier(s) to develop and specify engineering components, following the size constraints of the industrial design CAD models, for new product development. • Partner with suppliers, our internal Quality Engineering team, and US-based teams (Product, Customer Support, etc) to resolve technical issues, implement design improvements, and improve manufacturability. • Oversee the manufacturing process, work with internal teams and external suppliers to make sure production is efficient and products are delivered on time to Caraway’s high quality standards. • Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring vendors and internal team members stay aligned to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with clear and proactive communication throughout the process. • Support supplier sourcing and selection by evaluating vendors from a technical perspective and ensuring they can meet Caraway’s requirements. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical design and manufacturing.
• Own & Scale Paid Media Help with end-to-end strategy, execution and optimization of paid social and paid search channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, etc) ensuring seamless execution from start to finish, with a focus on driving performance and achieving growth targets • Oversee all aspects of campaign and ad trafficking, including quality control, launch, reporting, and comprehensive analysis • Operate as the in-house resource for paid social execution across the company’s brand portfolio across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms; manage campaign set-up, including audience targeting, creative management, tracking, A/B tests, and reporting. • Collaborate with our creative strategist and creative team on briefing and media plans to align with channel goals, budgets, and go-to-market plans • Own the management of product feeds for both paid search and social needs. Ensure the proper functioning and accuracy of the pixel for precise data tracking and analysis • Drive Growth Through Testing Thorough understanding of campaign data, going beyond surface-level analysis to uncover specific insights, trends, and new opportunities for optimization and to drive more strategic decisions and improvements. • Spearhead the testing of new strategies, ad formats, and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and maximize ROI • Identify new growth opportunities to scale through channel expansion and experimentation • Measure What Matters Leverage a data-driven approach to analyze key performance drivers, optimizing channel ROI and overall campaign effectiveness • Own daily monitoring of performance, pacing, and budgets to deliver iROAS, CAC, and new customer goals. Regularly report on paid social performance to key collaborators; translate complex data into actionable insights for future campaigns. • Collaborate Across Teams Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative, Influencer, Brand, and Retention to optimize campaign performance through targeting, creative direction, and optimization strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with key paid social partners and representatives to drive growth and performance improvements. Work closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Creative to oversee and launch high-impact paid social creatives • Collaborate with the influencer team to manage paid ad usage for partnership ads (Meta) and Spark Codes (TikTok).
• Own the end-to-end revenue close across all channels, including DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and dropship, by reconciling settlements to the ERP and payment processors, validating cutoff accuracy, resolving SKU, promo, and tax variances, and ensuring revenue is complete, accurate, and audit-ready each month. • Manage wholesale and retail AR from invoicing through cash application and reconciliation, including researching deductions, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining clean aging, and partnering with Retail, Ops, and Logistics to address recurring issues at the root cause. • Perform monthly reconciliations for revenue-related balance sheet accounts such as returns reserves, promotional accruals, gift card liability, and deferred revenue; prepare supporting journal entries; and contribute to a timely, accurate month-end close. • Prepare revenue and AR audit schedules, maintain clear and organized documentation for external auditors and banking partners, and ensure all revenue-related workflows and customer setups are properly documented and compliant throughout the year. • Identify opportunities to automate revenue and AR workflows, strengthen data accuracy across ERP and middleware tools, streamline settlement processes, and proactively flag risks or gaps to accounting leadership while partnering cross-functionally to drive scalable process improvements.
