• Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions (sourcing to offer) • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience • Oversee day-to-day People operations across the full employee lifecycle • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Maintain employee records, contracts, and People systems • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations • Develop, implement, and continuously refine People policies and processes from scratch • Serve as the internal point of reference for governance and best practices • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee matters • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion • Drive engagement initiatives and support a strong, healthy culture • Work closely with leadership as a strategic People partner • Support organisational design, performance management, and scaling initiatives • Provide insights and recommendations on people-related decisions • Provide ad hoc support to leadership (e.g. scheduling, coordination, follow-ups) • Assist in internal communications and cross-functional initiatives where needed

• Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services. • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and automation to support continuous delivery, scalability, and disaster recovery. • Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems to ensure lessons learned are applied. • Implement and enforce operational best practices: observability, logging, metrics, alerting, capacity planning, failover strategies, and backups. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets reliability, compliance, and security standards. • Support service scaling, database operations, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), networking, and microservices orchestration. • Document operational runbooks, on-call procedures, and system architecture to support maintenance, knowledge sharing, and compliance.

• Contribute to the development of medium-to long-term strategic initiatives through structured analysis, market research, and financial modelling to support key business decisions. • Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial workflows, reporting, and data tracking using analytical tools. • Perform in-depth analysis of key business drivers, including revenue, costs, and unit economics; support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. • Support evaluation of strategic opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, and M&A, through market research, financial analysis, and execution support on an ad hoc basis. • Support end-to-end fundraising efforts, including building financial models, preparing investor materials (pitch decks, data rooms, updates), and responding to ad hoc investor requests and diligence queries.

• Architect and build a mobile banking application using React Native with TypeScript • Deliver high-quality, responsive, and performant UI/UX in collaboration with designers and product owners • Integrate with backend services and third-party APIs securely and reliably • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments • Set standards for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability • Define and execute a strong mobile testing strategy (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) • Champion code quality through clean code, reviews, documentation, and best practices • Monitor, measure, and improve app performance, stability, and scalability • Partner with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA, product) to ship features end-to-end • Continuously identify opportunities to improve development processes and tools

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Go or other strongly typed languages • Develop scalable, event-driven distributed systems that power critical banking operations • Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Compliance, Treasury, Operations) to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions • Write detailed design documents for new features and system improvements • Review pull requests and provide constructive technical feedback to peers • Implement end-to-end features: architecture → coding → testing → deployment • Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, well-documented code and automated tests • Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, and system reliability improvements
