• Actively identify and generate leads in the digital space • Creatively acquire potential new customers via digital platforms • Proactively reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn and especially by phone • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Sales Managers • Work closely with our Sales and Business Development team • Contribute actively to building, maintaining and expanding our customer base • Help shape, optimize and further develop our sales process and internal workflows

Job Requirements

  • Ideally, experience in sales and telephone cold-calling
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in active interaction with people
  • Persuasive on the phone with a clear “closer” instinct
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Comfortable in a scale-up culture and willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Enjoy measurable results and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in mechanics/manufacturing, artificial intelligence, or digital sales
