• Gather requirements and conduct discovery workshops with cross-functional teams • Deconstruct operational requests into structured user stories and clear business documentation • Maintain requirements traceability matrix • Conduct Fit-Gap analyses for business requirements • Analyze and design data schema • Solution and configure lead ingestion and data governance rules • Engineer Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud mechanics • Solution automation processes into existing systems • Define QA strategy and execution plans • Oversee User Acceptance Testing cycles and coordinate with users

Job Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in enterprise applications
  • 4+ years leading requirements gathering, solution design, and testing across HubSpot, Salesforce, CS, and Finance platforms
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce (Apex/LWC/Flows), CPQ, Certinia, NetSuite, Workato (or similar iPaaS), SOQL, and SQL
  • Mastery of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Complete understanding of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR), and accounting principles.
  • Hands-on technical exposure to Chargebee or QuickBooks and Certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Certinia Professional and Regression Testing Tools like Selenium.
