Outbound Sales Team Manager

• Recruit, hire, and train outbound sales representatives • Build a high-performing team using lower-cost remote talent • Ensure agents sound professional and can effectively communicate with U.S. homeowners • Create scripts, call flows, and training materials • Source homeowner data and prospect lists • Identify and manage lead sources and data providers • Monitor team performance and appointment generation • Coach underperforming agents and improve results • Manage schedules, coverage, and daily operations • Track KPIs and report results to management
Job Requirements
- Experience working in home services (roofing, remodeling, restoration, HVAC, solar, windows, landscaping, etc.)
- Experience managing outbound sales or appointment-setting teams
- Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
- Experience hiring, training, and managing lower-cost remote teams
- Experience sourcing homeowner leads and prospect lists
- Strong sales management and coaching skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Available during U.S. business hours
