And we want you to help us build it. - We are building a growing RPO activity for demanding clients (tech, biotech, scale-ups). - We are looking for a strong Talent Sourcer who can structure complex searches, move fast, and deliver clean candidate shortlists. Your Role: - Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter + AI & Automated tools - Building search strategies from sometimes imperfect briefs - Writing complex Boolean strings - Identifying “hidden” or non-obvious job titles - Quickly analyzing candidate profiles - Personalized outreach + follow-ups - Light pre-qualification (big plus) - 3–4 roles in parallel (tech/biotech/corporate mix) - No client-facing responsibilities - No politics - Pure build and performance Qualifications - Any tech hacker is welcome! - You need to be curious about the business/corporate world in general to find A-players in fields you don't know. - You can find creative shortcuts to target the few and design solutions to cover the full market. - You are passionate about no code & AI tools. - You feel at ease with Excel or Google Sheets.
