You're comfortable taking full ownership of pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing with SMBs and Enterprise customers - Us: Team of 3 AE's (and growing!) with support from an SDR team of 1 (also growing!) - Metric ownership: New business ARR + deal velocity - Location: New York City metro with two days per week in our co-working space for the first three months, then remotely from then on Why we need this role As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring our next Account Executive alongside Brad, Kendall, and Patrick to accelerate new business revenue, build repeatable sales motions, and partner closely with our customers to deliver transformational impact in healthcare. This is a quota-carrying role reporting to our Head of Commercial, Eric working alongside our Senior Sales Development Representative, Ryan. What you’ll be doing day to day - Generating and managing pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and creative sourcing, working alongside Ryan - Running high-quality discovery calls to deeply understand customer problems and align Junction’s solution - Driving complex multi-stakeholder deals to close across enterprise teams in healthcare - Handling objections with resilience and empathy, always focused on ethical selling and long-term relationships - Negotiating terms and structuring deals that create value for both Junction and our customers - Partnering closely with product and customer success to make handoffs smooth and customer value delivery What makes you a great fit - You have 3+ years experience selling to SMBs + enterprise customers.
