Role Description Contribuer à la sécurisation de la gestion des fonds européens et nationaux dans le domaine agricole et principalement le 2nd pilier de la PAC. - Assurer les contrôles sur dossiers (CDO). - Conduire des audits annuels et thématiques. - Déployer et instrumenter les outils (SAFRAN,…). - Accompagner les autorités de gestion de la Réunion et de Mayotte. MISSIONS : - Réalisation des audits - Auditer les exigences réglementaires. - Assurer le suivi de l’avancement de l’audit dans le respect du calendrier. - Réaliser des entretiens avec les partenaires si nécessaire. - Analyser les évolutions réglementaires et les traduire en termes opérationnels. - Animer et organiser des réunions. - Être force de propositions lors d’ateliers. - Réalisation des contrôles dossiers (CDO) - Réaliser le contrôle conformément aux grilles de contrôle et au regard des procédures en œuvre dans le respect du calendrier. - Assurer le suivi (notamment alerter sur les besoins de supervision, suivre les délais en phase contradictoire,…). - Assurer le relationnel avec les délégataires sur les dossiers concernés. - Accompagnement renforcé de la DAAF de Mayotte - Apporter son appui et son analyse sur les aspects réglementaires et les dossiers. - Assurer un contrôle général de la bonne exécution de la réglementation et en rendre compte. - Participer à la maîtrise d’ouvrage des logiciels (expression de besoins, vérifications des spécifications) jusqu’à la mise en production. - Être amené(e) à assurer des formations (organisation, conception des supports et animation). - Ingénierie - Assurer a minima le premier niveau (N1) voir le second niveau (N2) en matière d’assistance des utilisateurs des SI de gestion du RDR4 (internes et externes). Qualifications - Maîtrise des dispositifs juridiques et règlementaires. - Connaissance de l’environnement et des techniques agricoles. - Connaissance des réglementations relatives aux fonctions exercées. - Connaissance des logiciels de gestion spécifiques. Role Description We are seeking an FPGA Team Lead to join the Graphite Switcher team. Our group is responsible for implementing standalone Linux embedded and PC based Windows/Linux based products. The ideal candidate is a senior developer with the ability to define chip level features and technical requirements and then implement the optimal methodology for the team to deliver the design. What the job is all about - In conjunction with FPGA architects, system architects, Marketing and Product managers, develop and maintain high-level and detail design specifications. - Work with FPGA developers to design, write, edit, and test FPGA coding as per the specifications or guidelines. - Oversee the development of FPGA design specifications, working with product managers, software design team and hardware design team. - Responsible for direction and coordination of the FPGA staff including the scheduling of tasks, verification of work, and monitoring progress. - Advise and make recommendations to management on matters relating to FPGA development, including toolset selection, methodologies and design guidelines, to provide them with an improved basis for decision making and planning. - Work with the team on scheduling and assigning verification and development tasks. - Assist manager in prioritizing bugs. - Responsibility for the load building and releasing for all the projects. - Schedule code inspections for the projects. - Support Hardware Manager and Project Managers as required. - Assist in training other staff members. - Perform other related duties as required.
