• Systematize the GTM Motion: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to map out their workflows, identifying high-leverage opportunities to replace manual grunt work with automated precision. • Build "Hybrid" Automations: Design and maintain workflows that seamlessly blend low-code tools (Zapier, n8n, Retool) with custom scripts (Python, SQL) where flexibility is needed. • Develop Internal Tools: Use AI-assisted coding workflows (Replit, Claude Code) to rapidly build and deploy internal web apps that solve specific business problems (e.g., a custom lead scoring app or a renewal risk dashboard). • Orchestrate Data: Ensure data flows reliably between our core systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Snowflake). You will be the guardian of data integrity. • Experiment & Iterate: Act as the lab for the GTM org. Test new AI agents, enrichment tools, and APIs. If it works, scale it; if it doesn't, kill it and move on.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Workflow Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the hands‑on configuration, technical build, and automation development within the ServiceNow platform. This role will translate business and technical requirements into forms, workflows, business rules, automations, and integrations that support core county operations. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices. Key Responsibilities - Configure ServiceNow modules based on defined business and technical requirements - Build and maintain forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation - Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other county systems (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) - Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and contribute to testing cycles (UAT/SIT) - Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and platform standards - Partner with the implementation team to validate technical feasibility, recommend best practices, and support release planning - Own assigned modules and configuration areas, ensuring quality, stability, and continuous improvement

• Design and automate control testing and evidence collection to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. • Build and maintain scripts and APIs across infrastructure, endpoints, and SaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, GitHub, Okta) that interface with compliance tooling. • Support recurring internal and external audits (i.e., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.) by ensuring reliable control monitoring. • Champion security, compliance, data governance strategies and processes, including data deletion, data retention, data storage, and more. • Leverage AI/ML tools to improve efficiency and outcomes for GRC processes and overall compliance posture. • Define technical control requirements and collaborate with internal partners to embed compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployment workflows.
