Role Description As a TikTok & Content Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution and delivery of client campaigns while helping drive content initiatives across blogs, SEO, social media, and AI-powered marketing workflows. You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers, content creators, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, content is published consistently, and client accounts remain organized and moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, AI tools, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. What you'll do - Client onboarding & account operations - Set up client workspaces and internal systems. - Maintain account documentation and campaign records. - Participate in onboarding calls and track next steps. - Take ownership of assigned accounts and projects. - Client communication & weekly updates - Deliver clear and professional client updates. - Track action items, risks, blockers, and follow-ups. - Participate in client calls when needed. - Build trust through strong communication and follow-through. - Content & campaign execution - Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely delivery. - Schedule content and manage campaign logistics. - Support blog publishing and content updates. - Assist with TikTok and other social media content execution. - Support SEO-related initiatives and content optimization. - Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency. - Identify opportunities to improve content performance and processes. - Team collaboration & process improvement - Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers and team members. - Participate in team meetings and share updates. - Suggest improvements to workflows, content processes, and operational systems. - Explore new AI tools, content formats, and marketing opportunities. What success looks like - Campaigns and content are delivered on time. - Client communication is clear, consistent, and proactive. - Blogs, SEO initiatives, and social content are executed successfully. - Internal documentation stays organized and up to date. - AI tools are leveraged to improve productivity and output quality. - Opportunities and issues are identified early and addressed proactively. Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Campaign Management, Customer Success, or a related field. - Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment is a plus. - Experience with content creation, blogging, social media management, or campaign execution is preferred. Skills - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience creating content for TikTok or other short-form video platforms. - Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization. - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar. - Comfortable using tools such as Notion, Slack, dashboards, CMS platforms, and campaign management tools. Mindset - Proactive and self-directed. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Curious and eager to learn. - Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities. - Process-oriented and always looking for ways to improve. - Excited to experiment with AI tools, new technologies, and marketing approaches.
